WHAT ARE OUR QUALIFICATIONS AS A PET SALES ESTABLISHMENT? We are a Certified CFA Cattery of Excellence and are proud to be one of the first USDA Licensed and Inspected Cattery in the State of Arizona. We are approved and licensed by USDA to ship our kitten sight unseen to our customers over the Internet. You might wonder what this means to you as a buyer: It means that our Cattery has been inspected by a USDA Federal Marshal, A State of Arizona Federally appointed USDA Marshal and our personal Veterinary Service here in Maricopa, AZ. It means that we are found to be a hygienically clean facility; that our cats are treated humanly; receive proper medical care; are provided with the best food and clean water daily; in a comfortable climate controlled environment. When shopping for your pet make sure the person or facility you buy from is USDA inspected to be certain you're working with a supervised, clean and honest pet sale company.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE PURCHASE PRICE?:

And any records pertaining to your kitten
A copy of DNA Testing from UC Davis to confirm hair length and sex of your kitten if one or both parents are not homozygous for short hair.
DO YOU TAKE PAYMENTS?: We don't take payments directly but if you'll read the Purchase information in the next FAQ "How do I process my Purchase with Exotic Dit-Dots?" You can make payments to a credit card via the use of Pay Pal.
HOW DO I PROCESS MY PURCHASE WITH EXOTIC DIT-DOTS?: Please be advised: It is very important that you read the contract and address any questions before you sign it. It is also very important that you read our FAQ page to understand our shipping process. Normally this all goes very smoothy.

Print off a copy of the contract.
Fill out all information accurately; including info about you and your kitten of choice. It is important that the information you put on the contract matches the info on the drivers license of the person who will pick the kitten up at the airport. The airline will ask for picture ID and will not release your kitten to you if the ID doesn't match the shipping info. This information will later be used process the kitten or cats flight and USDA required documents so please make sure it is correct. Do not put POBox on the contract. The airlines do not accept POBox's. It must be a physical address. It also must be for the same State you are picking your kitten up in. EX: You can't give me a MO address and then ask to ship the Kitten or Cat to CA. This is not allowed by the airline.
Drivers license's are required on our contract by USDA.
Once filled out send a completed copy to firstname.lastname@example.org. I will print it off and keep my copy. You will keep the original for your records
Once the contract is received and processed you will need to make a deposit cash into our bank account or via Pay Pal <if you use Pay Pal I will send you a request for payment + the Pay Pal fee which you will pay to in the amount stated.>

When we receive the contract we will mark your chosen baby <Sale Pending > on our website.
Our Deposit is $300.00 and is not refundable. It accepted in good faith as your commitment to buy and kept as if it were escrow to be deducted from your balance at balance payoff.
When we receive your deposit we will mark your baby <Sold> on our website.
The balance of what you owe for your kitten will be payable in full when that kitten is 8 weeks old. Please be sure you can meet this commitment before you sign our contract. At the time of pay off I will again send you a statement for the balance to be paid either for cash or with a Pay Pal request for payment.
WHAT DOES A VETERINARY CHECK UP INCLUDE?:
When I take the kittens in to be checked by my Veterinary before they are shipped at 8 Wks.It means that she has found the following things to be sound and healthy. She listens to their hearts to make sure there are no murmurs or other defects, she checks that the kitten shows no sign of infection and does not have a fever, she listens to their lungs to make sure they are clear, she looks in their mouth to confirm there is no cleft palate or crooked jaws, their noses to make sure their airway is unobstructed, weighs your kitten to be sure it is growing at a normal rate and feels their tummy to make sure there are no masses or blockages within.Finally they are given their first Vaccine and are approved to be shipped to you.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY KITTEN DOESN'T PASS HIS VETERINARY INSPECTION FOR SHIPPING?
If your chosen kitten doesn't pass his or her Veterinary inspection for some reason I will notify you. If the problem is something that can be treated by my Veterinary we will treat the kitten before it is shipped to you but the sale will continue with new shipping date. If the problem is a DNA or a genetic problem you will be told what the problem is and offered one of the following options: to take the kitten at a discount; to take the kitten free; or to transfer your deposit to another kitten if available (depending on the situation). If we don't have another Kitten choice you would like you will be offered to wait for another litter or get a refund for your deposit. If your deposit was made through Pay Pal you will be refunded your money minus Pay Pal fees. If you believe Pay Pal should also refund you: you will need to process that with them as we are not part of the Pay Pal company.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
It is our preference to ship Cats and Kittens with United Pet Safe or Delta Pet Service Airlines. We are happy to arrange the transport for you to make this purchase easy and pleasant. Our experience with United Pet Safe and Delta have been exemplarily and they have to date: never given us reason to be disappointed.
You are of course welcome to come and pick up your Cat or Kitten in person. :O)
WHAT DO WE FEED OUR KITTENS:
We feed our kittens Royal Canin Persian Kitten dry kitten food and Royal Canin Instinctive thin slices in gravy. We get the 3oz cans of Instinctive. Each Kitten will eat about a tablespoon at a feeding to start and more as they get bigger. We feed the dry food free choice so they can go get some any time they want. The wet food we feed twice a day in a clean bowl.
WHAT KITTY LITTER DO WE USE:
We just changed our kitty litter. We now use Blue Walnut Fiber Multi Cat. We changed for a couple of reasons.: Clay litter is alkaline and if the cats have tender feet it can dry them out to much. It also can stick to their feet and cause problem. However, the biggest reason we changed is the kittens. Sometimes they are confused by the sweet odor of fresh litter and will eat it. This is rare but when it does happen clay litter can block their intestines. The walnut fiber litter is a bit bitter so they don't eat it and if they did, it is digestible and won't block them up. You will notice it cost a bit more but really it doesn't . It last three times as long as clay without odor so in the long run it is much less.
